Are You Under 18?

As a minor seeking abortion care, you will either need a notarized Minor and Parental Consent form or a Judicial Bypass to receive care in the state of Kansas. The parental consent form requires the signed consent from both parents. If you are unable to or do not desire to obtain consent from both parents, you can choose to have a judicial bypass that will allow you to travel in the state with a friend or family member over the age of 21. To receive judicial bypass assistance, please utilize one of the resources below.

  •  If you are in need of help with a Judicial Bypass, please visit If When How.
  • If you are a minor from Texas in need of abortion support, please visit Janes Due Process for help navigating parental consent laws.
  • Download the Parental Consent Form here.
    • If you only have one parent or legal guardian, see page two of our Parental Consent form.
